Apply today!</em></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Installation</strong></p><ul><li>install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and service plumbing for residential and/or commercial building clients.</li><li>Work with and interpret blueprints, schematics and other technical documents. Install electrical components and wiring.</li><li>Test, calibrate and ensure optimal performance and functionality.</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Repair</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance on various HVAC equipment, such as chillers, boilers, air handling units and refrigeration systems. Clean, inspect, lubricate and check for wear and tear. Perform warranty services.</li><li>Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and control system issues. Identify and resolve problems using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.</li><li>Adjust system settings, calibrate controls and optimize airflow to improve energy efficiency and comfort.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients about system performance, maintenance needs and repair recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate and work with team members, other trades, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project success.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Maintain and submit accurate records of all work performed, including service dates, parts used and repairs made.</p><p><br></p><p>Be committed to building and maintaining an up to date knowledge of the latest advancements and best practices in HVAC technology.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The successful applicant will bring:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Journeyperson certificate preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC in residential/commercial settings.</li><li>Experience working on job sites.</li><li>Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.</li><li>Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety regulations.</li><li>Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC controls and automation.</li><li>Motivated team player, customer service driven and have a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.</li><li>Committed to enhancing your skills and knowledge to expand your career, assume leadership opportunities and train apprentices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Mon-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week). Overtime as required to meet project needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Travel: To job sites in Regina, and south Sask; not typically overnight.
