HOURLY PAY $25-40/hour DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & SKILL LEVEL One OAK Flooring is looking for an experienced construction professional to join our crew of hardworking, full-time hardwood flooring professionals We are proud to be a second-generation family-owned business trusted to install, stain, and refinish hardwood floors in some of Calgary’s most luxurious homes. What matters most to us? • You are looking for full-time, permanent work and want to be a long-term member of our team • You show up on time, are reliable, and conduct yourself professionally at every job • You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle • You have past construction experience where you enjoyed and excelled in your role, in particular, flooring or cabinetry • You have experience operating various different hand and power tools and equipment, you understand the workability of different materials and are passionate about high-quality craftsmanship • You are knowledgeable about design and materials trends • You follow all health and safety standards to the letter • You value quality and efficiency • You think like an owner and take pride in your work • You’re always striving to do better, and love to learn • You work well with others and as part of a team, but are also self-motivated on solo jobs • You are an excellent communicator and are able to provide detailed project updates as needed • You are interested in opportunities within our company to be promoted and are ready to work • You’re okay with working every other Saturday if required (35-50 hours per week on average) BONUS: You love taking photos of your work, and would be willing to snap some pics for our social media team to use IS THIS YOU?
