Job Description

<p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Marketing Plan, develop & strategize a comprehensive yearly marketing plan to enhance brand image, improve positioning in the market, boost traffic to stores, and ensure qualified outputs across all platforms.</li><li>Reporting, prepare the evaluation reports to be presented to management with suggestions to improve.</li><li>Represent the Brand as a key person on behalf the brand towards the media; partners; and other 3rd party.</li><li>People development, managing, directing and oversee each personnel team to ensure deliverables in a timely manner. Proper transfer knowledge to all personnel(s) to ensure individual growth.
