In addition to our successful SaaS and embedded businesses, Visier is now launching Alpine, our PaaS solution which allows organisations to build their own bespoke people analytics applications on top of our proprietary analytics technology. Reporting to Dave Weisbeck, our Chief Strategy Officer, as the successful applicant you will be responsible for leading the growth of Alpine We want to bring in an experienced individual who can be a figurehead for our Alpine business, capable of developing its roadmap and strategy as well as leading its execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been actively involved in the growth of PaaS products, who wants to move into a leadership position where they can build a business from its early stages. What you’ll be doing Define and communicate the strategy for building the Alpine business Lead the execution of this strategy in order to bring the Alpine platform to market and maximize it’s adoption and reach Articulate the impact that Alpine can have, presenting the developer experience to prospects and the market in general Lead the creation of a community/ecosystem around the platform – be the lead ambassador for our PaaS business and create ‘pull’ for the platform by developers Design, implement and measure developer adoption, retention and satisfaction Collaborating with sales team and other commercial stakeholders Communicate strategy and plans that engage marketing and sales around platform capabilities and messages. Articulate priorities in revenue terms to build the business What you’ll bring to the table Progressive management and leadership experience working with enterprise PaaS products within high growth, results oriented organisations The ability to inspire others and be an ambassador for Visier and the Alpine solution, internally and externally Track record of building distributed teams that deliver on revenue and other key business objectives.
