General Managers lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
As a GM, you will oversee company policies and direct activities toward long-range goals for growth and profitability. In a growing office it is imperative that you adopt the mindset of Player/Coach – you will wear many hats.
This role will absorb responsibility for execution and leadership of all administrative functions including day-to-day Job Cost Accounting, A/R & A/P. There is a significant component of commitment required as the restoration business is a 24/7 operation however there is flexibility that comes along with the exceptional responsibility. Our current GM’s yearly pay range from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on results. No limit to earning potential.
