This position develops, validates, and maintains key financial reports for the FP&A team. The FP&A analyst assists with the annual budgets, financial forecasts and month end reporting.The position reports to the Director FP&A and Treasury and is based out of Champion’s office in Edmonton, Alberta on a hybrid work schedule.What a typical day looks like:• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on sales trends, cost of goods, overhead costs, etc to help drive strategic decision making.• Develop, validate and maintain financial reports for period close.• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports, financial reviews and special projects as directed by the leadership team.• Support report data validation to ensure accuracy of analytical reporting.
