<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring experienced Forklift Drivers/Warehouse Workers for an upcoming contract assignment in Southwestern Ontario. This position will require you to work 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week when assigned to a project.</p><p>***Please note this is a temporary contract position, so it may not be suitable to someone currently working full time***</p><p><strong>You will earn:</strong></p><ul><li>$28 per hour before overtime ($5,824 bi-weekly pre tax)</li><li>Paid Travel (up to 4 hours)</li><li>On-site lodging (required)</li><li>All meals provided</li><li>Contract Duration: 1 - 120 days</li></ul><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Load and unload trailers</li><li>Shrink Wrapping materials</li><li>Labelling product</li><li>Wash containers/vessels when needed</li><li>Empty garbage</li><li>Dispense materials and products into required containers</li><li>Documentation and labelling duties.</li><li>Operate forklift and other related material handling machinery</li><li>Use RF Scanner for inventory control</li><li>Inspection and unloading of received goods</li><li>Ability to follow set procedures</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li><li>Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the job</li></ul><p><strong>Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent</li><li>Valid Forklift license (Class 1, 2 & 4 preferred)</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment</li><li>Attention to detail & strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Demonstrated strong interpersonal, technical and communication skills</li><li>Fluent command of the English language (both written and verbal)</li><li>Availability for 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime</li><li>Dayshift Availability (7 a.m.- 7 p.m.) or Nightshift Availability (7 p.m.- 7 a.m.)</li></ul><p>AFIMAC is a global risk management and elite security company.
