Equipment Rental Advisor

Job Description

<p>Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an Equipment Rental Advisor to join their team. As an Equipment Rental Advisor, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting rental contracts and equipment quotes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-focused approach, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: Dartmouth, NS</strong></p>

<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> Competitive hourly rate based on experience</p>

<p><strong>Shift: Monday to Friday</strong></p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<li>Assist customers with rental equipment quotes and contracts
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and support
<li>Coordinate rental equipment availability and delivery schedules
<li>Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
