<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><p>• Coordinate and liaise with all concern parties in the construction, installation and pre-commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication equipment on the Project.</p><p>• Ensure Quality of subcontractor works meets the requirement as defined in Project Design Specification and Engineering drawings and in compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p>• Review the latest status of “Approved for Construction Drawings” and “Specifications For Construction”, and ensure that the same latest Drawings and Specifications are in use by the subcontractor in the field at all times.</p><p>• Supervise the set-up of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities, including SAT, loop and dry/ cold loop function testing.</p><p>• Develop skills and competencies training, and testing methodology with Subcontractor to manage and control site activities.</p><p>• Monitor subcontractor’s work activities, advise for corrective actions, and report it to the fabrication manager and quality lead.</p><p>• Check the progress report prepared by the subcontractor and verify the progress, daily, weekly and monthly into the computerized progress monitoring system.</p><p>• Issue NCR (Non-Conformance Report) or any other type of deficiency report and track the closure.</p><p>• Upon receipt of NCR or similar type of report from client, 3rd parties or authorities, identify and conduct corrective action supervising discipline supervisor or subcontractors.</p><p>• Attend to Punch items closure and verification of the system punch items for closure.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p><p>• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering</p><p>• 15 years in EICT Construction and Commissioning of Offshore Platforms, FPSO or LNG modules.</p><p>• Supervisory and people management skills</p><p>• Problem solving skills and logical thinking skills.</p><p>• IT literacy skills</p><p>• SPI proficiency preferred.</p><p>• HSSE mindset management skills</p><p>• Strong Interpersonal skills and can work to fast changing challenging priorities.</p><p>• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin</p><p> </p></p>Company Description<p>Created in 1828, Bureau Veritas is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
