We respect and honour people&#39;s stories as they share their experiences, perspectives, and beliefs in the direction we are taking as an organization; we view this as a strengths-based process, where we build upon the multitude and diversity of existing strengths.</p><p><strong>Prince George</strong> <strong>Native Friendship Centre</strong></p><p><em>"We are a dynamic and compassionate team facilitating individual, family, and community growth, well-being, and mutual understanding through the "power of friendship".</em></p><p><strong>You are passionate about Early Childhood programs?</strong></p><p><strong>You are committed to creating a holistic and quality environment for children and their families?</strong></p><p>Come join our Early Services Team as an:</p><p><strong>Early Childhood Educator(s)</strong></p><p><strong>Full Time</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>As an ECE with PGNFC, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver age-appropriate children&#39;s programming designed to meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs of the child that empowers them to develop a sense of self and a connection with the Indigenous community on a daily basis.</li><li>Bring Indigenous culture and language into the program daily.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>To qualify, you must have a minimum of the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Early Childhood Education Certification</li><li>Experience working with Young Children</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits include:</strong></p><ul><li>Starting wage $23 per hour plus the $6.00 BC Government wage enhancement </li><li>Full medical, RRSP Plan, dental and vision benefits (premium shared 50/50 with employer)</li><li>Vacation and sick pay paid at 8% to start. </li><li>Education Assistance is available</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preference will be given to applicants of Canadian Indigenous ancestry.
