The Director of Mechanical Operations will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects, ensuring safety compliance, managing resources, and leading teams. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing mechanical work, coordinating with other departments, and troubleshooting issues. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Project management and leadership skills</li><li>Mechanical engineering and operations expertise</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements</li><li>Communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Experience in executing brownfield commissioning, sustaining capital, and MOC scopes</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues</li><li>Proficiency in project planning and resource management</li><li>Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>10+ years of experience in a related role</li><li>Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus</li></ul></p>
