Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a client in Cambridge, Ontario for the role of Customer Services.
Direct Hire Full time role
Monday to Friday- Onsite role 40 hours/ week
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customers’ orders, day-to-day clerical duties and assists in all aspects of customer service.

1. Customer Service
enter incoming orders in the order entry module of ACCPAC filing of customer invoices
process credits for return goods and/or price adjustments



2. Trade Shows
Attend PIJAC tradeshow in Quebec and Toronto


3. Other activities and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
including administrative assistance to other staff as directed


Qualifications
Must be fluent in English both written and oral.
Must have accurate data entry skills and practical use of Excel and Word.
Ability to work effectively with Sage ACCPAC Accounting Package
Strong communication and collection skills
Ability to work with all staff members as well as customers in a diplomatic manner
Self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
