We are looking to fill a permanent position of Customer Service Agent at our Moncton Branch of Richelieu Hardware Ltd who will contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers.
More specifically, your main tasks will be:
Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone. Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries. Ensure follow up on orders, if required; Provide support to mobile device users. Enter and process orders. Participate in training sessions on new products; Provide telephone and email technical support that is prompt, efficient and courteous Promote Richelieu’s products and services. Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability and delivery status. Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the branch as required Any other related task. Requirements:
Enjoy contact with people and have a professional attitude. A natural disposition to provide exceptional customer service. An aptitude to quickly develop and communicate expert product knowledge. An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. A background in the woodworking industry would be helpful but not necessary. Knowledge of MS Office.
