These operators are skilled professionals who ensure the safe and efficient operation of civil machinery.</p><p></p><p>WHAT WE OFFER</p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Travel Per Diem</li><li>Professional Development Education and Training</li><li>Quality Vehicles | Accommodations | Technologies</li><li>A Great Team Environment</li></ul><p></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Operate heavy machinery and equipment according to project requirements and safety guidelines.</li><li>Safely operate and drive dump trucks to transport materials to and from construction sites.</li><li>Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts.</li><li>Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.</li><li>Monitor equipment operation to identify and address any performance issues or malfunctions.</li><li>Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, and concerns.</li></ul><p></p><p>SKILLS REQUIRED</p><ul><li>Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with a clean driving record</li><li>Only valid licensed Class 1 | Class 3 Dump Truck Drivers with clean abstracts will be considered.</li><li>Previous experience operating dump trucks and | or other commercial vehicles essential.</li><li>Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance.</li><li>Site work experience.</li><li>Certification or training in heavy equipment operation preferred.</li><li>Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction site.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Physical stamina and endurance to withstand long hours and perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
