Job Summary:<BR><BR>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is responsible for maintaining property values, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and maximizing return on investment.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Manage and oversee daily operations of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use)<BR><BR>Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants; handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly<BR><BR>Coordinate and supervise vendors and service providers (maintenance, landscaping, security, etc.)<BR><BR>Monitor lease compliance and ensure timely rent collections<BR><BR>Prepare, manage, and adhere to operating budgets and financial reports<BR><BR>Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations<BR><BR>Assist in leasing activities such as renewals, space planning, and coordination with brokers<BR><BR>Recommend and implement capital improvement projects to maintain and enhance property value<BR><BR>Maintain up-to-date property documentation, including lease files, contracts, and tenant records<BR><BR>Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for ownership or asset managers<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)<BR><BR>3 5 years of experience in commercial property management or real estate operations<BR><BR>Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property maintenance, and budgeting<BR><BR>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills<BR><BR>Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Buildium)<BR><BR>Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment<BR><BR>Real estate license or CPM/RPA designation is a plus
