Cleaner needed for AirBnB

Hi there,
We’re looking to hire a cleaner for our AirBnB cottage.
– 1 bathroom
– 2 bedroom
– Cottage is located on Oak Lake in Havelock, Ontario.
– Must have own transportation to get there and back.
– Since this is an AirBnB, we require the bedsheets and all guest towels and robes to be laundered and changed each time.
– We have an apartment-sized washer and dryer on site but because it is a small (apartment size) washer and dryer, we’ve found that it takes too long for the cleaner to do all of the laundry onsite, and it’s better to take some home and rotate it back at each clean. For this reason, we have extra sheets and towels so that you can rotate them without having to make extra trips.
– We require the cottage to be thoroughly cleaned with all laundry done (sheets, towels, robes) between each guest visit.
– This is a 5-star AirBnB listing so we are very particular about ensuring cleanliness as we want to keep our 5-star ratings average.
– We provide some amenities to guests like coffee, napkins, tea, etc, and so a part of this job will be keeping track of inventory and letting us know if we are running low on something (ie: coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc).
– The cottage includes an outdoor deck and barbecue area as well as a campfire spot. We would want you to keep all of this clean (sweep the deck, clean the BBQ, ensure the campfire spot is dusted / clean from previous guest, etc).
– We provide a canoe, kayak, badminton set and bikes to guests as well. The canoe and kayak are accessible on the dock, which requires stepping down about 30 steps to get there. Unfortunately this is not wheelchair accessible so we require a cleaner that is capable and comfortable going up and down stairs (picture of dock and stairs included).
– There is a small patch of grass that needs to be cut as well (we provide an electrical plug in, push mower on site).
– It is not a big cottage (only 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms) but because there is some extra work involved (changing bedsheets and towels, checking and restocking inventory, cleaning outdoor space, cutting small patch of grass), etc., we typically find that it takes about 4 hours per clean.
– We realize that this is a lot to ask for and so we are willing to pay at a premium for the right person.
