This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your strategic leadership, coaching expertise, and in-depth knowledge of personal and cash management banking. Your Job Ensure the delivery of a personalized and proactive client experience across all channels and touchpoints. Meet the objectives of business growth, client satisfaction, and team development. Realize the growth of deposits, lending, and full-service relationships, including banking and wealth products. Make sure you apply sound risk and operational management, aligned with regulatory and internal policies. Accompany your team by coaching, mentoring, and engaging employees for performance and career development. Identify and pursue local business opportunities to build strong community and client relationships. Your TeamWithin the Red Deer branch, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals, and you will have 7 direct reports. Support tools to enhance your client and leadership capabilities. Basic Requirements Hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. Have at least 6 years of banking experience, including 5 years in sales leadership or coaching roles. Demonstrated success in relationship building and client advisory. Strong knowledge of personal banking, deposits, lending, and cash management. Ability to assess and approve credit requests, ensuring sound risk evaluation.
