About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual French and English-speaking fresher graduate to join our team in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual (French and English) customer service support
- Assist in handling client inquiries, processing information, and resolving basic issues.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
- Support internal teams with translation or communication between French and English-speaking clients or partners.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills relevant to the department.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience in customer service, internships, or volunteering is an asset but not required.
