We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual French and English-speaking fresher graduate to join our team in Mississauga. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual (French and English) customer service support
• Assist in handling client inquiries, processing information, and resolving basic issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling.
• Support internal teams with translation or communication between French and English-speaking clients or partners.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills relevant to the department.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:
