We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English and French-speaking customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties:
– Assist customers in English and French via phone, email, or chat
– Provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
– Process sales orders and assist with order tracking
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records and update databases
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved in a timely manner
Requirements:
– Fluent in both English and French(verbal and written)
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations
– Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
– Proficient in data entry and computer skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
