We value family, community, and supporting the professional growth of our team.</p><p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p><p>Manage Parts Department operations to ensure the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability through effective inventory management, sales, and expense control.</p>What We Offer:<ul><li>Compensation: This is a Salary Plus Bonus (monthly & quarterly) pay plan - estimated annual income is $65,000 - $85,000!! </li><li>Competitive wages with performance-based bonuses</li><li>Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus 1–2 Saturday shifts per month</li><li><p>Competitive wage with a bonus structure</p></li><li><p>Access to a benefits plan</p></li><li>Ongoing training, mentorship, and management support</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement within Plaza Auto Group</li><li>Community Involvement: Take part in initiatives that give back to our local communities</li><li>Positive Work Culture: Join a dynamic, energetic, and supportive team environment that celebrates excellence</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee all Parts Department activities within the dealership</p></li><li><p>Maintain adequate parts and accessories inventory in collaboration with the General Manager, Service, and Sales teams</p></li><li><p>Ensure efficient and organized department operations, including counter and phone sales</p></li><li><p>Monitor inventory levels, manage slow-moving or obsolete stock, and adjust orders accordingly</p></li><li><p>Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with specifications</p></li><li><p>Achieve and maintain brand training</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper tagging and tracking of parts for accurate factory credit recovery</p></li><li><p>Direct shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely processing</p></li><li><p>Develop accessory marketing strategies and maintain a professional showroom appearance</p></li><li><p>Foster strong relationships with wholesale clients</p></li><li><p>Prepare and execute plans to achieve annual budget and sales targets</p></li><li><p>Attend management meetings and collaborate across departments<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of Automotive Parts Management experience</p></li><li><p>PBS DMS experience is an asset</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure</p></li><li><p>Experience in a fast-paced dealership environment preferred</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training an asset</p></li><li><p>Valid Ontario Driver’s License</p></li><li><p>Authorized to work in Canada and committed to workplace safety<br><br></p></li></ul><p>If you are a results-driven, organized professional with a passion for automotive parts management, apply now to join <strong>Plaza Auto Group</strong> as an Automotive Parts Manager!</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
