With 60% of the Canadian population experiencing a type of hearing health issue in 2021, our teams are passionate about providing an exceptional client experience through their hearing journey, going above and beyond to provide relevant and meaningful solutions.</em><br /></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>full-time, permanent</strong> <strong>Audiologist or Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner</strong> to join our growing team in <strong>Owen Sound, ON</strong>. This is a <strong>Monday through Friday </strong><strong>8:30 am to 4:30 pm </strong>position based<strong> </strong>at our clinic based in the <strong>SmartCentres plaza</strong>. <br /></p><p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>$75,000 - 100,000 base earnings and eligibility into our variable compensation program with overall package potential of $125,000+</li><li>Employer-funded benefits (starting on day one) with an additional healthcare spending account</li><li>RRSP program + employer matching program </li><li>Generous time off policies including vacation, personal days, + 1 paid volunteer day per year </li><li>Education Assistance program, LinkedIn Learning access, + mentorship and development opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations</li><li>Staying abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients</li><li>Building relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended</li><li>Collaborating with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls</li></ul><p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program</li><li>A registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing</li><li>Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with <span >diagnostic/dispensing</span> experience</li><li>An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members</li></ul><p><em>HearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
