Job Title: International Analytics Manager

About the Role
As an International Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sports league’s global presence. This role combines hands-on analytics, marketing enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to expand our international fanbase and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
- Write SQL queries and analyze data to answer business-critical questions.
- Summarize large data outputs into clear takeaways for senior executives.
- Assist in UAT of database changes and RCA of issues/bugs.
Marketing Enablement
- Support 1:1 marketing campaigns with segmentation, test/control setup, and success measurement.
- Build audience segments to deepen fan engagement across global markets.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs and attribution frameworks to measure GTM strategy effectiveness.
- Report on international market performance against fan growth goals.
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, international, legal, and data engineering teams.
- Engage with regional stakeholders to support localized GTM strategies.
- Interact with third parties on data requirements and definitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of SQL, Python, or relevant coding experience.
- 5+ years of stakeholder management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present insights to executives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consent and/or identity resolution.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of global fan cultures.
- Background in marketing analytics or GTM analytics.
