plein.</p><p><strong>Rémunération:</strong></p><ul><li>35 $ de l’heure</li><li>Hébergement fourni au besoin</li></ul><p><strong>Horaire:</strong></p><ul><li>Temps partiel : 20 à 33 heures par semaine (selon le trajet assigné)</li><li>Temps plein : 35 à 50 heures par semaine (selon le trajet assigné)</li></ul><p><strong>Responsabilités principales:</strong></p><ul><li>Répondre rapidement et de façon appropriée aux situations d’urgence</li><li>Surveiller les menaces potentielles et ajuster les mesures de sécurité</li><li>Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de confidentialité et de discrétion en toutes circonstances</li><li>Collaborer avec d’autres membres du personnel de sécurité (chauffeurs, soutien logistique, équipes de surveillance) afin d’assurer la sécurité globale des personnes protégées</li><li>Tenir des registres précis de tout incident survenu</li><li>Établir et maintenir des environnements sécurisés</li><li>Effectuer des évaluations de risques et planifier de façon proactive la gestion des menaces</li><li>Respecter en tout temps les normes de confidentialité et de professionnalisme</li></ul><p><strong>Exigences du poste:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en protection rapprochée</li><li>Permis de gardien de sécurité du Québec valide</li><li>Formation en emploi de la force</li><li>Capacité à voyager et à travailler régulièrement à l’extérieur du domicile</li><li>Expérience en milieu policier, militaire ou en protection rapprochée (atout)</li><li>Expérience en arts martiaux ou formation en emploi de la force requise</li><li>Excellentes compétences en communication, jugement et désescalade</li><li>Présentation professionnelle et ponctualité essentielles</li><li>Orientation service à la clientèle</li><li>Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (lecture, écriture, expression orale)</li><li>Bilinguisme obligatoire : français et anglais (lecture, écriture, expression orale)</li><li>Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe</li><li>Disponibilité pour des déplacements de nuit au besoin</li></ul><p><strong>Profil recherché:</strong></p><ul><li>Professionnel de la sécurité possédant Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations</li><li>Monitor potential threats and adjust security measures</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all situations.</li><li>Collaborate with other security personnel, including drivers, logistical support, and surveillance teams, to ensure the overall safety of subject/s.</li><li>Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur </li><li>Establish and maintain secure environments.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and proactive threat planning </li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism</li></ul><p><em> </em><strong><em>Job Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years in close protection experience</strong></li><li><strong>Valid Quebec Security Guard License</strong></li><li><strong>Use of Force training</strong></li><li>Ability to travel and work away from home regularly      </li><li>Former police/military or close protection training preferred </li><li><strong>Martial arts or use-of-force</strong> background required</li><li>Excellent communication, judgement, and de-escalation skills</li><li>Professional grooming and punctuality required</li><li>Must be <strong>customer service-oriented</strong></li><li>Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking)</li><li><strong>Must be bilingual in both English and French <span >(reading/writing/speaking)</span></strong></li><li>Able to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>Overnight
