This includes leading a team of Actuarial Analysts and Senior Actuarial Analysts to meet performance requirements.</p><p><b>Accountabilities:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects</li><li>Act as liaison between business units and systems</li><li>Develop and integrate SAS and Visual Basic programs for actuarial projects</li><li>Support development of new rating plans, products, and methodologies</li><li>Coach and review work of junior staff</li><li>Communicate complex analyses and provide recommendations</li><li>Support rate changes, filings, and new product introductions</li><li>Ensure compliance with CAS and CIA standards</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience</li><li>Advanced knowledge of product, pricing, risk management, and insurance regulation</li><li>Experience with predictive analytics and model evaluation</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p>#LI-MO1</p><p>Allstate Canada Group provides workplace accommodations.
