SDET Engineer

for a long-term contract opportunity.

Our client is one of the world’s largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses, and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management, and other financial and risk-management products and services. It is a leading provider of global corporate and investment banking service.

Position: SDET Engineer
Location: Halifax, NS (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Key Skill: Java, JMeter, Devops
Required Skill
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in Java programming, Devops and Jmeter.
Excellent designing and programming skills.
Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
Exposure to Behaviour Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
A passion for testing, development, and design.
