Role Description
This is a contract Mortgage Agent role based in Cambridge, ON with flexibility for some remote work. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as mortgage industry research, mortgage servicing, marketing, and mortgage lending. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional mortgage services and supporting our clients with their financing needs.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending expertise
- Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Marketing skills
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and related legal regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems
- Relevant certifications, such as Mortgage Agent License, is a plus
